Lisa Clark - Solicitor

Lisa studied law at Liverpool John Moores University and joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2004.  Lisa specialises in all areas of employment law, and has lectured at UCLAN on this area.

Lisa has travelled extensively all over the world,  and also enjoys horse racing, attending live concerts and is an avid supporter of Wigan Athletic Football Club.

Sharon Harrison - Solicitor

Sharon studied law at Lancaster University and joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2005.  Specialising in company and commercial law, including acquistions and disposals and director/shareholder disputes, and employment law, particularly unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE procedures. Sharon has also lectured on employment law at UCLAN.

Outside of work Sharon has a keen interest in fashion, enjoys going to the cinema and fine food.
