Richard Ainsworth - Partner
Richard joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2000 and is head of residential conveyancing dealing in all aspects of domestic property work.
Outside of the office Richard is an avid Preston North End supporter, and enjoys golf and fell walking and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Barbara Haddleton - Senior Conveyancer
Barbara has specialised in conveyancing since 1970. Over this time she has developed good working relationships with local and city estate agents to further benefit our clients. Barbara can help with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new build and part exchange.
Outside of work Barbara enjoys going to the theatre, fine food, spending time with her family and adding to her large shoe collection!

Simon Stephenson - Solicitor
Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has worked for Marsden Rawsthorn since 2003. He acts in all types of residential and commercial property matters including advising builders, sales, purchases and remortgages and also has an interest in commercial leases and general business affairs.
Outside of the office, Simon is a keen sports fan especially of football, being a lifelong fan of Burnley FC and he enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
