Monday 2nd September 2013

richard_ainsworth_web_220Meet Richard Ainsworth who joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2000 and is head of residential conveyancing dealing in all aspects of domestic property work.

Richard is an avid Preston North End supporter and also playing enjoys golf and fell walking and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

We put him in the Dock this month to answer our 5 questions:

1. What's the best part about your job?

Phoning a client on the day of completion to tell them they can pick their keys up to their new home.

2. If you didn't work in the legal profession, what would you be?

White Van Man just me, the radio and the open road (and a picture of my Family of course!).

3. Tell us one interesting fact about yourself?

Once took all 10 wickets in a cricket Match for Lawrence House v Rossall School back in the day when I could get my arm over!!

4. What does your ideal Sunday look like?

Lie in (unlikely), avoid having to work, get some fresh air, watch Liverpool beat Man Utd on the tv, sit down to a roast lunch surrounded by my family (and a bottle or two of something tasty).

5. If you won the lottery what would you buy first?

Holiday to South Africa to see all my South African relatives who I haven't seen for a long time unfortunately.

Thanks Richard
