Upwards of 2yr PQE or Experienced Paralegal or similar in Commercial Property (Fulwood Office)

You will have the opportunity to join the well-established team at Marsden Rawsthorn where they enjoy a good volume of middle to high-end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of commercial property work including sales, acquisitions, banking finance, leasing and asset management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be an ILEX/ Licensed Conveyancer or have similar paralegal experience and should be confident in handling their own caseload and have a commitment to providing a high-quality client service with good communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The candidate should be confident to work in a fast-paced high pressure but friendly environment.

Candidates with property experience, albeit not commercial property experience, will be considered.
