The successful candidate will be required to handle a caseload of their own files – transfers of equity, re-mortgages, purchases of freehold and charges against title and they will also be required to assist the other fee earners in the team with sales and purchase transactions as required. The successful candidate will therefore need to have sufficient conveyancing experience to be able to confidently manage the caseload described.
It is essential that the successful candidate can work both as part of a team and independently and that they can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
It is also essential that the candidate is organised, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is committed to consistently delivering high standards of work. The successful candidate must also have excellent client care and problem-solving skills.
It is desirable that the candidate will have experience with SOS and Intelliworks systems, but this is not essential and training in the systems that we use will be given.
This is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic and reliable to work within a forward-thinking and reputable law firm where there are opportunities to develop and progress a legal career.
