The candidate will be newly qualified or more. The role will involve dealing with some general civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on land and property disputes including possession & forfeiture, rent arrears, service charge disputes, dilapidations, breach of covenant etc. All necessary training will be provided.
The candidate will also have an enthusiasm for marketing themselves, the team and the firm and in establishing relationships with clients and potential work referrers. They will also be keen to develop a close working relationship with our residential and commercial property lawyers, to resolve disputes and provide a quality service for their longstanding clients.
