Legal Executive or Experienced Para-Legal (Chorley Office)

We are looking for a permanent Dispute Resolution Legal Executive or Experienced Para-Legal to join our busy and successful Dispute Resolution Team. The candidate should be self motivated, ambitious, dynamic and have a “can do” attitude. They will thrive on working as a member of our Dispute Resolution team.

The role will involve dealing with some general civil litigation matters.  

The Candidate will also have an enthusiasm for marketing themselves, the team and the firm and in establishing relationships with clients and potential work referrers to resolve disputes which clients might have.

Experienced Family Law Para-legal required (Fulwood Office)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Para-legal to join the busy team at Fulwood. 

The role will involve assisting a team of solicitors preparing documents, correspondence, court bundles and memorandums.   It will be necessary to create/amend a variety of legal documents, deal with telephone queries, attend clients under the direction of the solicitor & arrange appointments.  The role is interesting and varied and will involve liaising with clients, courts, legal experts and barristers.

Applicants should be self driven and have the abiility to offer the support which this busy team require.   Excellent communication and organisation skills required to ensure we can provide a first class service to clients.

Administration Assistant/Receptionist (Fulwood Office) Maternity Cover

 

Administration Assistant required to work with a busy team at our Fulwood office dealing with file retrievals, archiving, ordering stationery, dealing with enquiries from clients, liaising with solicitors and secretarial team members, ensuring meeting rooms are kept tidy, transferring calls & taking telephone messages and other ad hoc duties including ensuring meeting rooms are kept tidy and tea and coffee is provided for board room meetings.

The role is varied and requires the candidate to possess a "can do" attitude and good work ethics.
