Senior Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor or Commercial Property Solicitor

You will have the opportunity to join the well established team at Marsden Rawsthorn where they enjoy a good volume of middle to high end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of residential property work and are members of the Quality Conveyancing Scheme.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be a Licensed Conveyancer or have similar experience and should be confident in handling their own caseload and have a commitment to providing a high quality client service with good communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The candidate should also have a good enthusiasm in business development.

Family Law Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive, min 3-5yrs PQE, with mid level experience, preferably panel member required  by our high profile Lancashire  based law firm undertaking a range of privately funded and Legal Aid family work Non Molestation, Children’s Act proceedings, financial remedy, domestic violence and children cases

Senior Family Law Solicitor required  (Preson Office)

We are looking for a for an experienced fully qualified Family Solicitor 9 years plus PQE or Legal Executive with relevant experience, wishing to join our Family team handling a broad and varied family caseload, many of which are privately funded matters other work involves Legal Aid so a full knowledge of Legal Aid is essential.

Matters will include separation and divorce dealing with both the financial and children arrangements; preparation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; adoption cases; domestic violence; injunctions and advising on cohabitation matters.

The successful Family Solicitor or Legal Executive should have excellent communication, networking and client facing skills alongside a passion to market and develop within the Family department. Client awareness is essential for the appointed candidate, whilst consistently delivering a first class service.
