New guidance: Acas publishes new guidance to help employers support staff with ill or premature babies
Employers will welcome new guidance from Acas to help them support staff who have given birth to ill or premature babies.
The guidance gives practical help on how to act in a compassionate, sensitive, discreet and flexible way, and how to ensure employees are aware of their statutory and other entitlements (for example, to shared parental leave).
