Relocation represents key moment in Lancashire law firms history. Leading Lancashire law firm Marsden Rawsthorn has relocated all three of its Preston offices to a single, purpose-built office in Fulwood. The legal teams working out of the Lune Street (Preston), Harris Knowledge Park (Fulwood) and Ribblesdale Place (Preston) have moved to their new state-of-the-art premises...
...just off Faraday Drive, Fulwood. Located close to the M6 and Preston City Centre, the new building will provide an easily accessible head office, with ample parking, for the firms expanding client base and growing team.
The 13500 sq ft building will house 80 of the firms 100+ employees and provides enough breathing space for its ambitious growth plans. The Marsden Rawsthorn Chorley team will be unaffected by the move and will continue to operate out of its office on St Thomass Road.
Following the merger that created the current firm last year, this relocation is a key element in plans to further establish Marsden Rawsthorn as one of the leading legal teams in the North West. In addition to increased efficiency and reduced costs for clients, housing multiple teams in a single location will also lead to a more fluid, cross-disciplinary approach between specialist areas of the practice.
With the launch of the firms corporate responsibility policy imminent, the consolidation of three offices into a single branch also forms a key part of the firms commitment to achieve a dramatic increase in energy efficiency and a reduction in carbon footprint.
The move to Fulwood is a key moment in the history of our firm, said Charles Maher, Chief Executive. Aside from the significant practical benefits that it will bring to both clients and staff, it crystalises the vision that we have for Marsden Rawsthorn as an efficient, 21st century practice that is commercially aware technologically innovative and built entirely around the needs of its clients.
