Marsden Rawsthorn is celebrating a duo of team achievements, with two members of staff taking their next step on the career ladder.
Danielle Leeming and Victoria Kelly have been recognised by the leading legal practice for their outstanding contribution to the company, its clients and the wider community.
The law firm, which has offices in both Preston and Chorley, has provided each employee with excellent career development opportunities within the company in order to help fulfil their professional aspirations.
After working at Marsden Rawsthorn as a legal assistant for more than two years, Danielle Leeming is now set to fulfil her career ambitions by training to become a fully qualified solicitor at the firm. She will commence her training with the commercial property team before spending periods of time in both the wills and probate and litigation departments.
In addition, Victoria Kelly has recently qualified as a solicitor and will take up her new role in the wills and probate team, where she received the bulk of her training. She joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2010 after gaining first-class honours in her law degree and a distinction in her Legal Practice Course.
Debbie Pettitt, chief executive officer at Marsden Rawsthorn, said about her team: "It is always a pleasure to reward hard-working team members, especially when they have been with the company since the very beginning of their career – as is the case with Danielle and Victoria."
"Career development is a big focus for us at Marsden Rawsthorn. Each individual employee works hard to create a significant impact, not only for the business and our clients, but the wider industry and the local community too. It is an absolute privilege to support such a dedicated and talented group of professionals."
