An associate director in the Commercial property team, Catherine joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2013. She qualified 2005 at Barnetts and following qualification moved to Eversheds in Manchester to join the Real Estate Department as part of the Occupiers and Investors team. She then moved to DWF LLP in Manchester to join the Property Finance and Commercial Property department. Catherine also has valuable in-house experience gained working for the house developer Taylor Wimpey.
We put her in the dock this month to answer our questions.
1. What’s the best part of your job?
Building Relationships with clients and achieving their goals.
2. If you didn’t work in the legal profession, what would you be?
A youth worker.
3. Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
It’s not very interesting and most people won’t like it but I’m a massive Manchester United fan.
4. What does your ideal Sunday look like?
Big fry up, reading Sunday papers, relaxing and then making a big Sunday roast.
5. If you won the lottery what would you buy first?
A really big house so all my family could move in – but maybe a separate wing to escape to!
