Divorce Legal Fees
We do offer a fixed fee divorce service should you not require advice on finances or children for example.
At the first meeting, your lawyer will discuss your circumstances with you to enable you both to fully understand what is involved and the extent of the advice and support needed. Not every case is clear cut though and there may of course be unexpected developments throughout the case, meaning that further advice or a different route is needed. If that should happen it is not a problem and such changes can be discussed and put in place accordingly.
