COVID-19 Risk

We want to ensure we do everything we possibly can to keep all our people & clients safe and ensure we mitigate any potential impacts to our services.

We are monitoring the situation and acting in accordance with the NHS and Public Health England guidelines which are being updated daily.

Currently, all our business activities are continuing unhindered and unaffected by the Coronavirus situation. However, as the risks are increasing we want to update you on the actions we are currently undertaking.

  • We have procedures in place in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 to enable us to continue to service our clients.
  • We shall identify if any of our people/clients are returning from the international risk areas identified in Government guidelines and will agreeing on specific back to work plans for each individual or undertake remote meetings with clients.
  • We are contacting all our suppliers to remind them of their responsibility to inform us immediately of any suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19. We are also establishing any immediate operational risks associated with their ability to supply goods and services as a consequence of the wider international COVID-19 outbreak and have plans in place.

It is important to emphasise that each and every circumstance cannot be anticipated in the actions we are taking, but we are doing everything we can to be as prepared as practicably possible.

We recognise that this is an ever-changing situation and will continue to review our reference information and business contingency plans on a daily basis to minimise business disruption.

If you have a meeting scheduled at any of our offices and you would prefer us to host your meeting via telephone, Skype, Facetime, rather than face to face, please contact your solicitor who will be happy to facilitate this for you.

We have up to date technology and the ability to service our clients remotely if it becomes necessary so rest assured we will be available to provide a continued efficient service during the current situation.
